hallo , even so it appears, that an add-on/change in system will be the approbiate manner to appear this issue,but it might collide with the needs for specific sensors : for instance (as you already know): vario climbing/descent will be allways im meters/second ; a speed indication on the GPS module os speed sensor will mostly require kilometers / hour a.s.o.----therfore the add-on/change shall be sensor related as a choise, which gives the outmost versitalility for which the DC16 is so famous.........sorry, more work for you guys at jeti , but happy customers on the other side of the (mother)board :) .....thanks for your understanding and kind regards tom

I have no problem with a sensor-specific definition of the speed-units :cheer:
I did not know that for some speeds "m/s" is the common unit and for others "km/h". To fulfill these needs, a sensor-specific definition is necessary, of course!
