The crashed plane is a secondary damage of the faulty transmitter.

Only in rare cases a few generous producers will replace the plane and components.

Hi Dirk,

which producers are doing this ?

Also nobody knows what the customer does/did with his stuff ? Perhaps working in the TX without plugging OFF the battery; working with metall stuff in the inside of the TX ? Perhaps crashed from the table etc. etc.

Who knows ?

Perhaps really a TX mistake which is to find very difficult. I think each company will take a look to a TX, they will try to test and to find the reason; but we all know that sometimes it is with electronics very very difficult. That after crash the thrust of customer is gone; I can understand absolutly.

But what can a company more do than to offer a new TX ?

We close this thread, because it is a thing between customer and Jeti and not a thread for "Comments for Jeti".
