Thought I would try and add a photo, had a look inside and the two cap screws that fix the friction wheel to the metal frame are set in such a way that the metal frame moves on the friction wheel at either end of the travel, I'm assuming the holes for the cap screws are elongated and that the screws are not just loose any ideas anyone
