Hallo Miko.
The better way is this:
1.) Define throttle as shown.
With Se, and this Options:
2.) Modify function curve of throttle like this:
3.) Make a mixer from throttle to elevator
With this Options:
The mixer curve is a 3-point curve with Point 2 and 3 as shown.
Now your throttle works in all flight modes, also the elevator mixer.
One mixer for all three position of throttle!!
A sample model file is added too.

I m travelling on Tgv today, but before night I ll try tris.

wonderful, perfect !
at the beginning I create a mixer for motor 40% and relative trimming for elevator; then I tried to create the second one for motor 100% but was not running......probably the IN and OUT % were not correct !
But with your system only one mixer, it's perfect !
