The Calibrating of the sensor type 15-800ml works not very easy.
Our failure was 420% ,so we had to change from 1000ml to 240ml only in 1ml steps!!!

What was the flow-rate with so big error? That is too big for the sensors pulse count to be wrong. Do you have the reported pulses per liter for sensor?

The sensor works in a Jet with P20sx turbine and a 700ml tank volume. We mesaure 167ml for full tank with the external kersion pump and slowly working.
After calibrating 1000ml to 240ml it works good.

That means your sensor does not give the correct pulse-count per liter. Could you give the exact type number on the sensor or find out the documentation. Error is way too big for calculatio-error.

I have an idea how to make the firmware to work with all flow-sensors, quite easy to do too.

The sensor is your sample from conrad. Type with 15 to 800ml.
