The screenshots on my page are from my DC-24 so I know app works, there has to be something else, so:

Please take following screenshots:
- folder /Apps
- folder /Apps/Lang
- Open the RCT-Turb.lua with notepad anf take a screenshot of that.
- Do the same for RCT-Turb.jsn

You have downloaded the files from github but you should download a zip-file.

Your RCT-Turb .lua and .jsn are not the files, they are most likely a saved webpage, hard to see from tablet.

Anyway, please follow the guide here to download a zip-file, then unpack it for the files: www.rc-thoughts.com/installation-of-lua-apps/

This is how the .jsn file should look like in the beginning if opened in notepad:
