If you use only the damping mode, you should get the Assist settings well.
It is only important that when switching the damping mode on and off at any stick position, all rudder flaps remain in the same position (not affected to).

Please try that too: Increase the stick priorität or aerobatic factor to more than 100% !

You have to try something, then it works. The crow function is similar to the butterfly function on gliders.
The Assist is a good receiver, just like a normal REX!
If you deactivate the gyro, then it is a normal receiver and works fine! No problem!
Some Information you can get also here:

Thanks Bernd!
I will try to raise the stick priority to more then 100%. I already raised the priority to 100% but no help.
If it doesn't work, I give up and hope Jeti will come with a proper SW change.
I really don't understand why Jeti made the Assist such difficult to set-up.

Thanks Kai, but I think you don't understand my problem.
You can only do stick calibration in one mode. I use 3 different flight modes (takeoff-cruise-landing), so if I calibrate the sticks, it will only be in the selected flight mode.
If I switch to an other flight mode, for example landing mode, the calibration is incorrect. I calibrate again, everything ok. I switch back to the previous flight mode (for example take-off Mode) and the calibrating is again incorrect. Do you understand what I say?
If I do something wrong and I really hope please explain in detail how to do it.
Thanks

Ah, ok, I see! Thanks! I only tried with different servo-settings like Min or Max, but only in one flightmode.
