update transmiter firmware

Hello

I have a ds14 with firmware version 4.0, is working great!!!

But now i want to buy an assist receiver so i think i need to update transmitter firmware at least to 4.24 version.

The question is, if i update the transmitter to the min required (4.24) should i need to update also all the receivers? For example 4.28 version, standard no lua.

Also should i need to redo the programming of the models?

The current transmitter firmware version is V5.06!

You don't have to update the receivers to work with the updated transmitter, but it is recommended to do so.
Probably the receivers allready have the newest version, as there was no update since longer time.
