Central box 200 and telemetri switch

I have a CB200 with Rsat2. I have put 40kOhm between plus and signal as per instruction..
BUT the switching is not reliable. What am I doing wrong?
Also in the logical switch in my DC16 i have p4(throttle) and MX1 Telemetri signal but the throttle is Always working and not being switched of by the telemtri signal even if I have an indication that it is reacting

I have gotten everything to work but the delay time on telemetri signal can att times be almost 5 sekonds. How can this be shortened
