TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_CREATED hide files with a name starting with a dot

A wish for a future update:

Files with a name that starts with a ".", which are used as hidden files in the Unixworld and on MacOS should be hidden in selection dialogs (e.g. when selecting an audio file). Especially MacOS writes files starting with a "." and the same name as the WAV-files.

TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_REPLIED_NEW hide files with a name starting with a dot

Hi Sabine,

I have installed CleanMyDrive from the Apple AppStore. This removes any resource files and other MacOS files/items from the flash drive. I would recommend this over a more complex filtering of filenames in firmware.

Regards,

Robert

Hi Robert,

Although I second and fully support Sabine's suggestion CleanMyDrive works a treat and even removes the nasty Trash and Spotlight files in the Jeti audio player.

Thanks for the tip !

Best regards, Todde
