automatic timeout to clear telemetry lost (F5) (and an extention to lua)

I want to propose an automatic Clear (F5) after the RX connection got lost. The user should have the option to define a timeout between 0 and 120 s. Whereby 0 means no automatic Clear.

Another (or an additional) option would be that Jeti will introtuce a lua API that this could be done via lua.
- to read the status: system.getInputs("Start", "Stop","clr","clr_lp","log") -- "log" means logging is active
- to set the status via lua: systemSetKey(key), whereby key can be:"Start", "Stop","clr","clr_lp"
