Please help. DS-16 failed firmware update

Using my Mac, followed the update procedure to update to 2.01.
Upon restarting the DS-16 I get a bunch of text saying Application Test Failed and an MCU list of switches etc.
At the end of this is says:

Update file not found

Connect USB and upload firmware
Hold PWR+ESC buttons to power off/reset

The SD card no longer mounts so I cannot access the filesystem to re-upload the firmware and resetting just cycles through the above errors and restarts. Only way to power off is by removing the battery.

do you have "Config Sys" and "calibration" folder and Modell datas as backup ?

If yes try this:

- remove SD card out of TX
- format SD card with FAT 32
- copy all folders update 2.01 to SD card
- copy Congic sys and calibration to the SD card
- copy modells in the Modell folder
- restart the TX

I do not have those folders saved, this is a new DS-16 delivered today so no models created yet.
Also, I cannot remove the SD card as it is seated to firmly in its holder.

normally removing SD card out of the TX is easy to do. See manual.

I think sombody from the forum can send you via mail the missing folder.

Thanks again. I have used a little more elbow grease and have managed to remove the SD card.
I would appreciate if someone could provide me with a copy of the standard file structure via email or dropbox.
