As of transmitter software 5.04, the monitoring of the Q value and the immediate signalling in the event of telemetry loss have been changed.
Both are safety-relevant and the purpose behind the delayed loss signalling is irritating, especially as many users had no problems before.
As this delay also occurs in the event of a complete failure (due to loss of power, for example), this is a safety aspect that should not be underestimated.
For example, when a helicopter is hovering in front of you, these 4 seconds can possibly decide whether you continue to try to steer in vain or move away from the danger or warn other people.
It would therefore be perfect if the user could decide for themselve whether the Q-Value should be monitored (like it was prior V5.04) and if the telemetry loss signalling could be changed from the default delay of 4 seconds to be outputed immediately without any delay (like it was prior V5.04).
