...just an idea for the (far) future and a follower TX for DC/DS-16:

What about a small display below every switch, which shows the switch-lable - that means the function of the switch in the actual model?

Sometimes it is hard to remember which function was programmed on which switch. With a display below the switch and the possibility for the user to define the lable model-specific, one could "read" the actual function of the switch.

I guess that would be rather unique as well as very helpfull concerning a good user-interface.

Kind regards and thanks a lot for all your efforts in research & development!

Kai

Could replace the entire face with an OLED and have it display your IMAC sequence or a TV channel!!!

(Half kidding, half not;))

You can have that already with a sound assign to the switch for every position you switch it to. Hearing in my opinion is safer than having to look down at the transmitter.

I want to see always what function is assigned to each switch. Otherwise I would have to try each switch in order to hear its function. In my opinion this is not unsefull and convenient. Or shall I toggle 8 switches to find out which ones are used?

Hallo,

"You can have that already with a sound assign to the switch for every position you switch it to. Hearing in my opinion is safer than having to look down at the transmitter and imagine that you assigne perhaps several functions to a single switch - what info will then be displayed? And where you define what should be displayed? "
