Free Output-Selection for PPM-Out

Hello Jeti,

what do you think about the possibility do choose the output-port for PPM (or any other protocoll)? So the user could select between Sat 1/2 or Pin 1-x and is not limited to Sat 1 or the last pin.

Reason for that Suggestion: E.g. a R9 does not allow to connect a RSat (PPM-In) AND generating PPM-out on a pin.
