Additional logical switch function

New state (ON-OFF / AND / OR / Multi)
Switch 1 is just for activate or deactivate switch 2. Like an emergency off, for Switch 2 or like a failsafe. You can define on Switch 1 the X% output when active, otherwise switch 2 has the full functionality and not as now, average, between 1 and 2.
The idea is for example, to lock a Function, a winch that needs 0% to stop and +100 for up and -100 for down. Just if the door is open (Switch 1) winch can work, otherwise locked at 0%
As a workaround, I did it with a Mixer but it is a little bit complicated.
