TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_CREATED MGPS data access

I would like to access the files in the MGPS with my computer and upload them to GPS Visualizer. However, the USB adapter/MGPS does not appear as a removable storage device in my computer. The adapter is working as I was able to update the software in the MGPS. Am I missing some software in my computer?
