Throttle Lock

I like the Throttle Lock feature, I would like it to remain in the current state I have chosen even when powering off the Tx or changing models. As it is now it defaults to Off when powering the Tx or changing models. It Is so much better than Throttle Cut because a switch is easy to accidently hit. With the button sequence of Throttle Lock it is impossible to accidently enable a throttle. Thanks for your help.
