TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_CREATED Free Info Text for a model / checklist on TX

Hi Jeti,
I have some models where I have a simple checklist on paper. It would be of great help to have a Text that can be displayed on the TX screen so I always have the Text at hand.
Typing in a longer Text with the method is certainly no option. My Idea is that there will be a folder with free text files (Plain ASCII would be sufficient) that can be filled by the user. To link a text to a model you simply choose the text like you choose a sound file. This way you have a one to many relation which means you can use the same text for different models. In the end it's up to the user.
I'd like to see the text (if chosen on a model) as the last screen showing the full screen like the trim screen with up/down buttons for scrolling.
Thank you very much
Cheers Alexander

Hallo,
dazu fällt mir gerade ein dass es doch heute schon möglich ist eine Checkliste als Sprachdatei zu erstellen und sie sich beim Einschalten des Senders vorlesen zu lassen.
Gruß
Günter

Günter,
thank you. For me having an audio file being played on TX start is no real alternative to a written checklist which I can go through point by point. Before arming my DC-6 I have to check several switches to ensure that the flaps are in the correct position, landing gear sequencer is correct, the four motors are in the correct state. I also have a preflight checklist and a post flight checklist.
Even the process of starting the motor startup sequencer with the Benedini sound module on my Piper Cub has three switches involved.
Cheers Alexander

24 Jun 2015 09:32This is exactly what the dedicated preflight position in the switch menue is made for. You don't need a checklist for that. Before arming my DC-6 I have to check several switches to ensure that the flaps are in the correct position, landing gear sequencer is correct, the four motors are in the correct state.
In german: Vor-Flug Position im Schalter Menü.
