Normal cross or T tail unit with two elevator servos.
It is a little tricky tho set ailvator and change the mixing value to zero.
Please set a new tail unit typ, it would be more easy to use.

No, I do not think it is good to multiply configurations.
But I think by default, Jeti should set the Depth to 100% and 0% Aileron.
