TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_CREATED Channel Offset for PPM outputs

Add a parameter the PPM settings in receivers, so that channels coded as PPM can have an offset towards higher channel number.
Currently PPM6, sends channels 1-6.
With a new PPM Start Channel = 11, PPM6 would send channels 11-16
This would be nice for controlling aux devices that use ppm on higher channels above the lower primary (thr, pitch, roll, yaw) channels.

TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_REPLIED_NEW Channel Offset for PPM outputs

Thx, I did not know that channel mapping applied.
But can I map ppm8 on an R3? How do you map, 4-8?
I understand how I could map pins on an R9.
If I need bigger rx, I thinking having a start channel with in direct mode is still a valid request.
