V2.22 Possible Software Error

Am new to this forum and to Jeti and so my comments here may simply be due to a lack of familiarity with the Jeti System. However, I have purchased a DC 16 and uploaded V2.22 of the firmware.

In the Servo Setup screen, for elevator, I can only get 57% up movement (and 100% down) even though the max position is set to 100% and max position limit is set to 125%.

I also note that in the Receiver Output screen, even though the elevator servo moves in the correct direction, the black bars on the screen do not follow movements of the stick. This leads me to suspect a software fault of some kind.

Is anyone having this issue? If not is there a way to 'reset' my software and start again with a 'clean' update?

Hi PW and Meikel - thanks for your replies. I don't have dual rates or trims set at present - am just exploring the transmitter. haven't calibrated though since I can't find any reference to it in the manual. Could you give me a reference please? thanks for your help - regards Bob

Thanks Nicos - that explains why I can't find it - the manual supplied with my DC 16 only has 101 pages!
