V2.22 Possible Software Error

Ok - have now recalibrated but without any improvement. Unless there are any other thoughts I guess I have a faulty unit and will need to return it to Jeti for investigation?

Hi,

perhaps you do a last try:

make a downgrate to 2.01 software and look ....or delete the complete SD card and put all new to SD card (also Config.sys folder etc.)

OR you can upload your model configuration file so that we can take a look ("Model" folder)

i doubt that your unit is faulty, but it's not impossible.
Try to setup a new model without copying any of your existing models.
There are just too many ways to inadvertely limit your elevator deflection.
With a new 'virgin' setup you should get proof if it is your hardware or the user

Ok - I have set up 2 new models with the same effect but I will try reloading the complete software from scratch as suggested by PW and create another model. If the problem persists I will then upload the model file for you all to look at - if you tell me how to upload it here!
