Is there a cable, for sale, that will let me connect my Vortex to the R3 satellite.?

Not sure what you are looking for. I connected my vortex 250 pro direclty with the available cable to the Rsat2. Therfore you should be able to connect the vortex to the R3 RX and use PPM?
