Logical switch DC 24 mode 2

For my F5J glider I use a 3.pos switch SK fitted on stick P4 (Jeti DC 24-mode2).
I am using P4 as my Butterfly (Crow) stick and SK as motor switch.(off-50%-100%)
My logical switch prevent the motor from starting When P4 is in Down position (full butterfly). All is working as expected.
My problem is that I cannot make the SK 3.pos switch work as a 3.pos switch in my logical setup!.
It only works as a 2.pos switch (on/off).
My set up is L1=Butterfly SK AND P4
Control 1 SK - AND - Control 2 P4
Motor = L1
What am I doing wrong or is there another way of doing the same?

Wenn du logische Schalter benutzt kannst du doch auf proportional den Schalter stellen habe gerade den Sender nicht zu Hand aber da kannst du doch größer als .... einstellen. Kann eventuell heute Abend es dir genauer sagen.
