TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_CREATED Atention!!! Servoarm TD0806

Well half year ago I have placed TD0806 servos in the plane....
I have put some tiny amount of loctite 243 on the screw too secure the screws ofcourse ( I have always doo like this on Futaba servos)
In see what hapened when I try too remove servoarms with the hand after half year....
No special force was needed just usual but both servoarms broke like cooky...
I can not imagine I have actualy fly this servo arms on plane at least 10 times ( both servos on elevator V tail ), you can imagin what could happened...
It seems loctite 243 simply kill the kemical structure of the plastic or there is something else wrong with the plasic...
Soo If someone use this servos with original servoarms pay some atention on them...

TPL_KUNENA_MESSAGE_REPLIED_NEW Atention!!! Servoarm TD0806

Hello,
Loctite (and other screw securing liquids) can destroy plastics. So be carefull not to bring the servo arms in contact with Loctite. I would suggest to put a small amount of Loctite with a tooth pic in the threadhole and then place the servo arm on servo shaft and then screw the screw in.
regards Wolfgang
