FuelSensor für Tankstation - Tankstelle mit in Anzeige!!

Dann gleich mit Drucksensor, der anzeigt/abschaltet, wenn man vergessen hat die Tankentlüftung zu öffnen.

Why not make it fully automatic?

1. Press start-button
2. Pump starts
3. When tank is full the pressure in filling-tube from pump goes up -> pump stops.

Needed hardware:
- Flow-module
- Arduino
- Relay for pump
- Pushbutton (and one switch for emergency stop, safety!)
- Pressure sensor

Sounds good!

But from where will you get the pressure?! If you have pressure in the tanksystem you have a Problem! Normal you have ventil valve to have no pressure in your system

I think the best system will be if you can say by exemple 2000 ml and the pump will stop to refuel....

Or do i understand something wrong with the pressure!?

Hat jetzt soeben die Firma Jetcat auf den Markt gebracht.

You always have pressure in the fuel filling line when pump is on. When tank is full and pump is still running the pressure rises. Simply put a T-connection in the filling line for the pressure-sensor.

Calibration for pump-off pressure is of course a must.
