Stupid question but never I tried before : if I cut wire from Esc to motor and tomorrow I want longer, is it possible opening carefully plastic around circuit to change completely wires? or soldering directly motor wires?

Strange that there is no a minimal tutorial on this from Hacker/Jeti .
Clear it's not something that you do everyday, but sometimes if you short wires today ....you need to change them in a second moment in another plane.......so why not?

Hallo Miko,
This is not a problem, but you need a soldering iron with 50 Watt + and be careful with elektronic parts nearby the soldered point.
Overheating destoyed SMD parts very quickly.

why don`t you just solder pieces of wire to the short lengths, so to speak "halfway" between ESC and motor?
With a "normally good" solder joint, there is no technical disadvantage (considerable(!) voltage drop) associated with this method.
I have done it often without problem.
