and this is why I sometimes preferr a 1:1 video chat (e.g. whatsapp)
that way gecko would be able to guide didier step by step and see if he did really made a mistake

All receivers have the latest firmware.
The R5L were in clone. I also have a physical Jetibox and could confirm the R5L were in clone. I had to put them in normal mode to do the procedure over and over again.
