Hallo Ingmar,

Danke für die Bestätigung. Über diesen "Trick" wird praktisch das SR entschärft. Beide Achsen befinden sich im Dämpfungsmodus.
Das HR verbleibt im HH, was auch sinnvoll ist, das muss ich Jim Recht geben.
Prinzipiell habe Kai und ich dies beim Assist erreicht, wenn mal die Funktion des HR weglässt, da dieses ja auch in Dämpfung geht. Hat man keine besonderen Kunstflugambitionen, reicht das.

I believe we are all in agreement. We don't want HH on SR during a banked turn commanded by QR and HR. I have not flown the PB SRS for a couple of years but I do remember setting up a flight mode where the SR ( we say rudder) HH gain is zero. The SRS allowed you to set Damping gain and HH gain in each axis in three flight modes and each could be adjusted from the Jeti transmitter even during flight. I used channels 10 through 15. I made up a chart of Gain vs, Pulse Width so I could set each of 16 gains individually without even turning on the receiver/gyro.
I fly FAI/F3A type maneuvers with minimum need to fly banked turns (curves?). However one can get in big trouble on landing traffic patterns if the SR is in HH so it is better to turn it off or to damping only.
I had asked Martin for a true Damping only mode and he sent me what we called V 1.11a. I didn't notice the pitch down with acceleration until I had loaded 1.1.2. I tried to go back to 1.1.1a but it doesn't look quite the same. I'm wondering what the latest .bin file in the transmitter did and is doing? I'm afraid we don't have enough information to solve the problem and must wait for Jeti. Too bad Martin is no longer available.
